Vision
At Nari Kalyan Shikshan Evam Prashikshan Sansthan, our vision is to create a society where every individual, regardless of their background, has the opportunity to lead a dignified and fulfilling life. We aspire to be a beacon of hope and transformation, serving as a catalyst for positive change in the communities we touch.
We envision a world where all community members have access to education, training, and resources, empowering them to break the cycle of poverty and discrimination. Our ultimate goal is to foster an inclusive and equitable society where women, children, and marginalized groups can thrive and contribute to the overall development of their communities.
We see a future where no child is forced to work in restaurants or brickfields, and no one is left behind due to lack of education or opportunities. Our vision is to uplift the underprivileged and underserved by providing them with the tools they need to lead better lives and contribute to the growth of their regions. In this vision, Nari Kalyan Shikshan Evam Prashikshan Sansthan stands as a symbol of dedication, collaboration, and innovation.
We aim to expand our presence and impact across the regions we serve, enriching the lives of individuals in Lucknow, Gonda, Farrukhabad, Lakhimpur, Barabanki, Shahjahanpur, Sitapur, Ballia, Bahraich & Sant Kabir Nagar District, and beyond. By doing so, we hope to inspire other organizations and stakeholders to join us in our mission to create a more just and prosperous society.
Mission
Our mission at Nari Kalyan Shikshan Evam Prashikshan Sansthan is rooted in our commitment to social justice, education, and community development. We exist to drive positive and sustainable change in the lives of the underprivileged, especially school dropouts and children engaged in labour in restaurants and brickfields.
Our mission is multifaceted and encompasses the following core principles:
- Education and Training: We are dedicated to providing accessible and quality education and skill training to those who need it the most. We believe that education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty and exploitation.
- Awareness and Advocacy: Our organization strives to create awareness and advocate for the rights and well-being of vulnerable populations. We aim to build a society that values and protects the rights of women, children, and marginalized communities.
- Self-Help Groups (SHGs): A fundamental aspect of our mission is the formation and support of Self-Help Groups in rural areas. We aim to empower communities to help themselves, fostering financial independence and social resilience.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: We collaborate with various funding organizations, including NABARD, DRDA, KHADI Commission, and Handicrafts (DC). These partnerships help us reach
more rural women and provide them with opportunities for self-improvement. - Cultural Preservation: We recognize the importance of preserving cultural traditions and artisan skills. By supporting 12,000 artisans, we contribute to the preservation of traditional craftsmanship, while also enhancing economic prospects.
